		<description>PRECEDE/PROCEED is an excellent framework to consider adherence problems for AF patients.  But a simpler reason may be incorrect dosage : CYP2C9 and VKORC1 enzyme status definitely influences couradin/warfarin response.  With more universal use of this testing [which CMS will not reimburse for, unfortunately], patients may feel more empowered to take a more active interest in positive adherence behaviors.</description>
